There are 3 ways you can get your application fee to us…

1. You can submit your $80 application fee here online (includes convenience fee). Please Note: On-line Application payments are made via Strip or Pay Pal and thus completion of this form should be done using one of the following supported browsers: Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari. Other mobile browsers may not be supported by Stripe.

2. You can mail in your $75 application fee payable to “Southwest Stars LLC” by mailing it to our business office: 910 Wedgewood Avenue, Nashville TN 37203

3. You can drop off your fee payable to “Southwest Stars LLC” at our Nashville Campus.
